Between connecting RemitClear to QuickBooks in July and early September 2026, SureSafe processed just over 1,500 remittances from 526 payers. The team didn't build a template or rule for any of them. Remittances arrive by email, get matched to open invoices and post to QuickBooks, leaving the bookkeeper to check the handful with a discrepancy.
